Serbia's prime minister dissolves government
The EU absolutely must not cave in to this. Serbia's government seems determined to turn their back on Europe and keep their people trapped in a vindictive cycle of bitterness and denial.
I don't know what Tadic will run on this time, but the EU needs to give him some moral support. Most Serbs are certainly eager to join Europe and move their country forward; Tadic needs some leverage to convince them to re-elect him.

Certainly, most Serbs would like to join Europe in hopes of improving their economic situation. But most Serbs are also pro-Russian oriented. I don't think they will ever trully disolve their minds from anti-Americanism, anti-Westernism, and anti-NATO-ism... I wish Serbia good luck (but only without Kosovo).

Question: DOES UN Security Council Resolution 1244 provide a basis for Kosovo independence? The answer: Yes.
MYTH: Because UN SCR 1244 refers to the “territorial integrity” of Yugoslavia, Kosovo cannot declare independence without a new security council resolution.
FACT: Because UN SCR’s reference to “territorial integrity” is mentioned in the preamble and is thus not legally binding, and because nothing else in UN SCR 1244 says Kosovo can’t declare independence, Kosovo can declare independence without a new security council resolution.
