Thank you for bringing this very important document to the attention of wider public.
In his dissenting opinion ICJ Vice-President al-Khasawneh argued that the Court should have required Serbia to provide unedited copies of the Supreme Defence Council documents, failing which it should have allowed a more liberal recourse to inference.
